booking & process

  • How far in advance should I book?
    For most setups, 3–4 weeks is ideal. For proposals, brand activations, or custom experiences, we recommend 6–8 weeks in advance.
  • What does the booking process look like?
    Inquiry → Consultation → Custom Quote → Styling or Curation → Event Day Execution → Teardown (if applicable).
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, a 50% retainer secures your date and setup. Final payment is due one week before your event.
  • Do you travel outside Chicago?
    We primarily service Chicago and select nearby suburbs for in person experiences. Out-of-city experiences can be arranged for premium packages. Our creative direction & conception services are available worldwide.

  • Do you style Airbnbs or hotels?
    Yes — we work closely with most downtown hotels and Airbnb hosts. Our team manages access, setup, and teardown so all you need to do is arrive & emjoy.
  • Can I bring my own decor or rentals?
    Absolutely. We can incorporate personal items or mix them with Maison pieces for a cohesive look.
  • Do you handle teardown and pickup?
    Yes. Our team manages full teardown and removal after your celebration.

hosting & rentals

  • Can I rent items without booking a full setup?
    Yes — all lounge pieces, tablescape decor, lighting, and speakers are available à la carte through our Hosting & Rentals page.
  • Do you deliver and pick up?
    Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are available throughout Chicago. Delivery fees vary by neighborhood.
  • What happens if something breaks or is damaged?
    Small wear and tear is expected; significant damage will be billed at replacement cost.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior receive 50% credit toward future bookings.
